I was in the venus rx group last summer & it completely revamped my understanding of the mechanics of venus longer cycle as the foundation for a ton of timing and concepts that | hadn’t learned with that kind of emphasis from any other teachers. also, in addition to being very packed technically (though not difficult for me, a bad-at-school person and also there were beginners that seemed to thrive as well) it was very personal, so even though last year it happened to be a lot of intermediate astrology students (I think this one will be different) who thought we came to beef up in on theory (which we certainly did), we all ended up jokingly calling it Venus Retrograde Support Group bc of the little community of care and personal support from each other and Amy, who is somehow like perfect solution of 50-50 razor blade brain deep nerd hard prediction very technical numbers guy AND an empathy & care genius who can find where any student or client is at and meet them there with what help they need. Also most soothing voice in the business hands down. Anyway Since then i and several others stayed in that community now called Consideration Before Judgement where Alex is the other co-teacher and brings so many complementary perspectives. It’s my favorite learning context rn. Cant endorse highly enough
version 1 of this group was last summer over venus Rx through leo, and I figured out that the cycle of Venus Rx though leo periods were maybe more impactful periods of my life than even like, saturn return, in my case. Also, the reasons for why that’s true having to do with the phases of the cycles of not just Venus, whose cycle is the ideal model for teaching this because it is so regular & consistent, but that the same principles work for all planets, and also for layering the cycles into each other. To see big picture and pivotal stuff. I’m in the mix out here as a student and boy oh boy nobody else I know of is teaching this the way Amy is rn. it is a special research area of theirs for many years & the complimentary depth that co-teacher Alex Faune brings is super valuable. so much more life changing than you’d think
maybe you’re not a massive astrology nerd? But you’re still sort of curious? Yeah, you should be. Like, are you looking around at the world going WHAT THE LITERAL FUUUCK? astrology can’t really tell you Why in like a religious way but it absolutely can give you specific timelines of past present and future both in the world at large and in your own life on a personal level to give you (or at least me) a sense of like calm or comfort that in fact it is an incredibly orderly universe, if brutal, which is very comforting to me, be if there’s a time for chaos and pain that means there’s a time for peace & healing. Also Amy & Alex won’t make you learn all the theory to help you see what’s happening in a particular story if that’s what you want. Idk I think everyone should join.
Tbh worth it for the 1-1 consulting time from Amy & Alex alone like what you’d pay for that in a stand-alone way is a lot more (also recommending that for ppl who just need the tldr & advice totally) , even if it wasn’t going to be a game changing technical resource & the softest most healing like recuperative?) learning & community space l’ve ever seen. Idk are you a weirdo who learns different & is stressed by trying hard to stay clicked into other learning esp when nobody in those rooms is talking about fascism rn for example? Is that you? Yeah? Is this thing run by two queer libra rising astrology experts? Yes! With saturn in the first, both of them? YES! and does one do archetypes and imagery and dream work and the other one is an excel sheet million post-it notes fermicus bro but in a hot way? Is it trauma informed and decolonial and antiracist & very funny? yes yes, yes, yep, uh huh, yes, yes.
Seriously I won’t say who but one of these teachers showed me their paper copy of fermicus (there are 6 books of this ok you could kill someone with half this text by dropping it on them from above) and it was a very orderly lumpy rainbow of post-its & markings & l was like aww l knew it was gunna look like that & then they were basically like, well, and I had to get another one bc I’m still going. Does that make your spirit go brrrbrrrr be it’s just basically like that the whole time.
